After multiple years of only being connected by technology due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SCA Claim Services Leadership Team convened in Burbank, CA to bond in person, acknowledge our accomplishments and build pathways to further growth and success. More importantly, the team uncovered ways to provide more service and value to our customers and their customers, too. While technology allowed the team to collaborate instantly and easily despite being a nationwide company, there is simply no substitute for the energy that comes from being in the same room. It was a joy and a gift to come together and lay the foundation for SCA’s continued growth!
After two full days of challenging and inspiring conversations, the Leadership Team ended the event with a lovely evening where the company gathered to share a meal and much merriment, including recognizing team members nominated by their peers for several awards. It was an incredible opportunity to toast one another and thank the entire SCA team for their time, efforts, and passion. Expanding and supporting SCA’s nationwide network of auto, specialty, and property adjusters and appraisers simply would not be possible without them!
