Location: Burbank, CA (on-site | non-remote)

Compensation: $100-125K + Commission

What You'll Do

  • Manage enterprise-level accounts with strategic focus on retention and expansion
  • Conduct 4+ client meetings weekly (virtual or in-person) to build relationships with C-level decision makers
  • Prospect and close large new business opportunities through sophisticated sales strategies
  • Lead complex negotiations and present comprehensive solutions to enterprise clients
  • Represent SCA at major industry events and conferences
  • Meet quotas as assigned by the President


What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10 years senior sales experience - insurance, claims, or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and closing large deals
  • Executive presence with ability to engage C-level prospects and clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of claims management and insurance industry dynamics
