Longevity with a single company is a rare commodity, but Nick Napier has spent well over a decade servicing SCA customers in various roles. Starting his own Independent Appraisal firm in 2003, Nick worked with SCA for many years before joining the company in 2006. From his first day, Nick quickly increased his responsibilities and reputation by providing creative solutions to alleviate business concerns while showing leadership over national level campaigns including new business strategy and technological changes.

Starting in 2007, Nick took on the first of his numerous management roles. Nick began regionally then spread his knowledge across the entire country as National Operations Manager. Since 2010, Nick has led the Catastrophe Operations including SCA’s Deployed Appraisal Response Team (DART) ensuring customers always have access to the best mobile talent SCA can provide in their times of need. Making the leap to VP of Operations in 2019 allowed Nick to provide his leadership to 100+ SCA franchised locations as well as 700+ contracted damage appraisal vendors. Anyone who has met Nick knows car repair is in his DNA. If fact, Nick grew up working at his family’s collision repair facility and once old enough became a Certified Repair Technician. Along the same thread, Nick was so sure of wanting to work with SCA he left Oregon with just a backpack, his motorcycle, a helmet (and of course rain gear) arriving a few days later in Burbank ready to make his mark at the company.
