As the Senior Director of Customer Success at SCA Claims, Monica Diaz has more than 25 years of industry experience.  Her professional qualifications include experience managing all aspects of claims processing including claim compliance, audits, and insurance company servicing.  Part of her past experience includes working for an insurance Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims firm which has proven to be instrumental in her ability to effectively communicate with this section of SCA’s clientele. Some of the core objectives in Monica’s role at SCA include client account management, client retention and growth, and employee development. Leading the Customer Success Team at SCA, Monica and her team strive to streamline the appraisal process for clients.  Monica is driven, independently motivated, and results-oriented.  Customer satisfaction is the goal she and the team strive to achieve. Afterhours, Monica enjoys spending time with her family – being a mother is something she cherishes.
